Speed Tribe features artfully-filmed, never-before-seen footage from Le Mans 2001. The visuals and race sounds are set to electronic beats and soundscapes, originally composed and produced in superb surround sound by legendary electronica producers from Front 242. Speed Tribe is a double-disc DVD/CD set containing 50 minutes of videos in both Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS 5.1 surround sound, 40 minutes of extra material, and a 65-minute companion CD soundtrack. Special DVD features include exclusive interviews with drivers Frank Biela, David Brabham and John Nielsen, interactive menus, and both interactive and looping playback.
